To enhance the quality of life and create a healthier tomorrow for the under-served children, families, and people with disabilities of New York City by providing quality, culturally-centered, community-based services and supports by a committed, multicultural/multilingual staff uniquely qualified to communicate with service consumers in their language and cultural context.
Mission:
To expand access to the continuum of mental health services, case management, addiction treatment, housing, and social services in order to increase the quality of life of underserved communities of New York City.
Philosophy:
Assuring that programs enable individuals to live independent, productive lives in their own communities by tapping their resiliency and providing culturally appropriate services to children, adolescents, adults, and families living with mental illness, addictive disorders, HIV/AIDS, other disabilities, and/or homelessness.
