Home Assistance Technicians, Inc. is an affiliate of Comunilife that was founded in 1999 as a response to the compelling need for stable, affordable housing for lower income New Yorkers. Its mission is aligned directly with the needs of the City of New York and of those concerned with its quality life. H.A.T. has already demonstrated its ability to realize such goals and to provide greatly needed housing services to underserved individuals in the Bronx.
Through its managing agency, Fordham Bedford Housing Corporation, H.A.T. is responsible for apartment leases, lease renewals, repair requests, rent processing, and other issues associated with the apartments.
Currently, the agency has 242 units of low-income housing at three locations in the Bronx. These buildings are located at:

2130 Crotona Avenue, Bronx, NY
950 Jennings Street, Bronx, NY
